      I so agree Liz –– wish the scapes could last all season long! I still have a few kicking around and think I’ll use them to freeze a little pesto.

  2. Salad in a bowl? Now that I can get behind! This salad looks fresh and delicious, especially with the maple/soy vinaigrette.
