  2. This is absolutely gorgeous– and just like you, I’m really reveling in having too many tomatoes right now. I have a bunch in the oven as I type, roasting away. But there’s still more, tumbled all over the countertop. What a perfect way to use my stragglers! I love your quick-rise dough. I can’t wait to give this a whirl!

    I know this post is rather old, but it was exactly what I was looking for. For the record. If yiu don’t have any time for the dough and you like a little bit thin, but still doughy crust. Equal parts Greek yogurt and self rising flour (1 cup each makes a good size pizza)
