  1. I love purslane. In Greece we add it all the time to salads. In some islands it features in the classic Horiatiki (Greek) salad.

  2. Oh, I’ve never had purslane, but I’m excited to try it. There are just so many interesting veggies out there!

  3. Hmmm, I have a pot of pretty purslane flowers on my porch, I look for them every year – some of my favorites. I wonder if this is same stuff? Your pic are perfect.
