  1. Yes, I know what you mean. I tend to make things much more complicated too.
    I try to change that, I don’t always succeed though.

    I made a similar bread pudding last month using a Greek tsoureki, which is a Greek Easter bread similar to challah, and I added dried currants. It was my first bread pudding ever, it’s not common in Greek cuisine.
