rosemary-infused lemonade popsicles

My newest culinary obsession is homemade popsicles. Simple and sweet, I am loving all of the endless variations. These rosemary-infused lemonade popsicles are particularly dear to my heart, since they’re popsicles for grown-ups. You know how Brooklyn Supper loves savory sweets and sweet savories, and these are no exception. With bright, real lemon flavor, saturated with the complexity of fresh rosemary, these are mildly addictive. Get the simple recipe over on the Family Kitchen.

I’ve got meyer lemons and fresh rosemary. what am i waiting for??
Hi Kickpleat, What are you waiting for indeed! I always think of the Pacific Northwest as the rosemary capitol of the world. I remember seeing so many huge rosemary plants in Seattle and have to imagine Vancouver is similar. And yes, these would be *amazing* with Meyer lemons. I made the recipe with kids in mind, but if I were doing an adult version, and especially with Meyer lemons, I would cut way back on the sugar, and maybe add a splash of vodka or some kind of citrus liquor.
I am in love! And I think popsicles are a fantastic culinary obsession. Who knows when we’ll have a day warm enough for popsicles. (Maybe my next visit east?)
I’ve been cranking out popsicles lately too! I’ve been making kefir fruit smoothies (various flavors) and freezing it into popsicles. I have so much kefir on hand, that it’s been a great way to put it to use
I love the idea of infusing with herbs. I don’t think I would have come up with that! Thanks for sharing. (Beautiful picture too, by the way!)
this is a great idea! I was looking for a treat to make for my (dairy allergic) boyfriend’s birthday and these are perfect. Thanks!
