Yummers. A friend has an impressive old apple tree that I’ll soon be raiding, whether for a tart, apple butter, crisp or pie, who knows.
Wow! I am super jealous. What kind of tree is it? I say you make all three.
err, all four…
Sadly, the types of trees are unknown! They are both quite tart, mostly green. If nothing else, there will be a crisp and some butter.
