    any amendments to the grits recipe? you are the grits master.

    RE: my grits.
    Yeah. I follow the basic instructions on the box for the grits, but instead of using just water, i use some milk/cream too. I usually do about 60% water and 40% cream. (I know!) After the grits are cooked, I then add the cheese and finely chopped garlic. I like garlic alot, so I use alot, but that’s up to the cook.
