    I adore preserved lemons. If i have them i eat them all within days. I never last long enough to taste them at 2 weeks either.

    There is a wonderful restaurant Taboon, in Hells Kitchen that makes amazing things with them.

    As Walter and I go away on Friday for two weeks…and this post refreshes my love of the preserved lemon…i am offered a perfect opportunity to pucker up.

    I shall start them now!

    yeah, i ended up needing to “test” about three lemons, as actually waiting more than a week was unbearable.

    preserved lemons certainly are the perfect vacation recipe. wishing you and walter very happy travels!
